Job summary

Operation Homefront is seeking a Manager, Regional Development to lead donor relations and moves management for the West Region. The role drives strategic fundraising and partnerships across corporate and foundation channels, aligning with national goals and regional priorities.

You will work with the Development and Marketing teams to deliver stewardship materials and impact communications, while coordinating with a Sr. Director to achieve regional revenue targets and programmatic alignment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Non-Profit Management, Marketing, Public Relations or related field.
• 3 years’ experience in non-profit fundraising and marketing desired.
• Experience with grant writing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Builds, cultivates, and stewards relationships with regional donors to support the $1.6M revenue goal.
• Manage all aspects of moves management for a portion of the portfolio.
• Implement the broader development strategy in partnership with the team.
