Job summary

The Midwest Region Coordinator at Travis Manion Foundation drives daily operations for TMF programs across the Midwest. You will manage regional Volunteer Leaders, coordinate with internal teams, and help scale TMF initiatives like Character Does Matter and community events.

Travel up to 35% is expected; this is not fully remote. Candidates must reside in TMF’s Midwest states and support volunteers with a staff-backed approach to programming.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or prior military service is required or preferred.
• 1 year minimum in education, volunteer management, social work, nonprofit, or related admin field.
• Ability to manage a volunteer/community portfolio with minimal oversight.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate program strategy and volunteer activation with regional Leaders.
• Foster strong volunteer relationships and retention within TMF programs.
• Collaborate with internal teams to execute TMF initiatives regionally.
• Support program data integrity and reporting across systems.
