Job summary
Braintrust is seeking a Solutions Engineer to partner with our sales team to navigate every part of the sales process. You will work closely with technical stakeholders at startups to large enterprises, focusing on GenAI capabilities and Braintrust's observability platform.
You will articulate Braintrust's value proposition, own the technical engagements, and help close opportunities by demonstrating credible technical expertise and product knowledge.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a sales engineer or in solutions consulting.
- Ability to connect a customer's specific problems to Braintrust's solutions.
- Proficiency in Typescript and Python.
- Has written prompts / tinkered with GPT models and apps.
Responsibilities
- Partner with our sales team to articulate Braintrust's value proposition, vision, and strategy to customers.
- Own the technical engagement with customers and help close complex opportunities through advanced knowledge and credibility.
- Deliver product and technical presentations to potential and existing customers.
- Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams to provide feedback on products and the competitive landscape.
- Work with the team to enhance documentation, write blog posts, record videos, contribute knowledge base articles and enablement content.
