Job summary

Karius is expanding its commercial organization to accelerate adoption of its infectious disease diagnostics across hospitals in the Western US. As Regional Sales Director, you will build and lead a high-performing team of Clinical Sales Managers, set territory strategies, and drive revenue growth in collaboration with MSLs and cross-functional partners.

You will report to the VP of Sales and MSLs, oversee major product launches and workflow integrations, and travel up to 70% to engage customers

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years in sales or business development in Life Sciences with 5+ years managing people.
• Proven ability to sell to hospital executives and clinicians.
• Experience launching and scaling new technologies in clinical settings.

Responsibilities

• Achieve regional revenue goals and drive account growth.
• Lead and coach Clinical Sales Managers; conduct field reviews.
• Collaborate with MSL Directors to align territory strategies.
• Partner with Marketing/Operations to launch new products and drive adoption.
• Provide strategic input on forecasting, territory design and incentives.
• Travel up to 70% to engage customers and support market development.
