Job summary

Coloplast is seeking a Regional Manager for Comfort Medical in the West Region, based in Los Angeles, CA. Lead and develop the regional sales team, execute the field sales strategy, and build strong customer relationships to meet quotas. Travel 60–75% and ensure compliance with PHI and industry regulations.

BA or BS or higher degree is required.
5+ years in DME sales OR 2+ years in medical sales management with 3+ years in med tech sales.
Willingness to travel 60–75%.
Lives within the sales region or nearby region.
Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

Execute field sales strategy for the West Region.
Recruit, coach, develop, and manage Comfort Medical field sales reps.
Plan and administer regional budgets, forecasts, and operating costs.
Maintain records in Salesforce, Brightree, and Power BI; adjust quotas as needed.
Build strategic relationships with customers and internal teams.
Ensure compliance with PHI and applicable laws.
