Job summary

Coloplast is seeking a Territory Manager for the South Central region, covering Houston and surrounding markets. You will drive sales growth for Continence Care products, build partnerships with key decision makers, and deliver in-services and demonstrations to influence purchasing decisions.

The role requires field travel (25–50%), a valid driver’s license, and compliance with healthcare credentialing. Expect to contribute to strategic planning, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years med tech sales experience, OR
• 2-year associate degree with 5+ years med tech sales experience, OR
• 7+ years of med tech sales experience

Responsibilities

• Effectively engage targeted accounts and execute plans to achieve territory sales objectives
• Develop and implement strategies to maximize territory and company objectives
• Understand customer environment and key decision makers (clinical/financial)
• Ensure timely advancement of the sale process with targeted accounts
• Develop and maintain long-term relationships across accounts
• Organize and manage information using CRM tools
• Maintain records and sales reporting and expense management
