Job summary

Coloplast’s Comfort Medical division seeks a Regional Manager for the West Region, based in Los Angeles, to lead field sales strategy and coach a team of Comfort Medical reps. The role emphasizes recruitment, coaching, and strategic planning to achieve quotas and sustain market leadership.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in DME or medical sales management, a BA/BS, and readiness to travel up to 75%. Strong collaboration with sales ops, training, and cross-functional teams is required.

Qualifications

• BA or BS or higher degree required.
• 5+ years successful DME sales experience OR 2+ years medical sales management experience with 3+ years general med tech sales experience.
• Willingness and ability to travel, including overnight — 60% - 75%.
• Lives within the sales region or in reasonable vicinity of region.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Drive results in region: meet or exceed sales targets and quotas; monitor performance and adjust efforts as needed.
• Plans, Organizes and Administers regional team: budget, staffing, forecasts, and regional operating costs.
• Staffs and develops the team: provide tools, feedback, and coaching; ensure PHI compliance.
• Motivates and influences others: set high standards, recognize performance, collaborate with other functions.
• Builds strategic relationships: maintain customer relationships and look for new opportunities.
• Other job duties as assigned.
