Job summary

Organized Living is seeking a Sales Development Director for the Western United States. You will drive dealer and builder partnerships, educate on our storage and organization products and platforms, and lead growth across the territory.

Travel 50-60% to in-market opportunities, manage relationships, and close deals with independent dealers and builders. The role combines business development and account management, requiring strong negotiation, presentation skills, and strategic planning.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years sales experience minimum.
• Familiarity with latest technologies including presentation software and CRM.
• Willingness to travel 50-60%.
• Competitive, energetic, and motivated with a sales mindset.
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong team collaboration and influencer channel leverage.
• Strategic thinker with territory planning and execution.

Responsibilities

• Target and sell new dealer & builder partners.
• Establish and nurture relationships with existing dealers.
• Sell on product quality, innovation, and programs.
• Network with single family and multi-family owners and contractors.
• Travel in-market to key customers regularly.
