Qualifications

• 7–10 years of service-related sales management with direct-report leadership.
• Forecasting and pipeline discipline.
• CRM proficiency, NetSuite preferred or Salesforce equivalent.
• Industrial B2B sales background with credibility on plant floors and industrial facilities.

Responsibilities

• Own regional service revenue attainment and the inspection contract base across the West.
• Lead weekly pipeline scrubs, activity reviews, and an honest forecast to the CRO.
• Conduct field ride-alongs with reps and provide real-time coaching.
• Engage strategically with accounts and perform customer business reviews on-site.
• Maintain CRM discipline and forecasting hygiene at the rep level (NetSuite as system of record).
