Job summary

CRH Americas Materials West Division is seeking an Aggregate Performance Improvement Manager to drive lean initiatives, operational excellence, and margin improvement across multiple western states. This role partners with the VP Division Performance to champion capability-building, site assessments, and coaching.

Compensation includes a base of $120,000–$140,000 with a 15% bonus plus opportunities to lead cross-functional improvement projects and automation initiatives. Travel ~50%.

Qualifications

• 5+ years operational experience in aggregates
• Experience with aggregate performance tools (AggFlow, PEAK, PRISM, B2W, DF3)
• Proven ability to develop relationships and work as leader or team member
• Hands-on technical experience with plant systems, quality control, automation and data collection
• Site assessments and tactical implementation planning
• Training, coaching and mentoring with leadership and frontline

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end performance assessments at sites, including diagnosis, on-site assessment, post-visit analysis and prioritization
• Analyze and improve plant production efficiencies while maintaining quality
• Optimize plant operations to meet sales demand cost-effectively while ensuring safety and quality
• Align production planning with demand forecast and margin targets
• Collaborate with leadership and commercial teams to develop OpEx and value-added strategies
• Lead change management initiatives and develop frontline capability
