CRH Americas Materials is seeking an Aggregate Performance Improvement Manager for the West Division (Finance) to lead lean and performance initiatives across multiple western states, driving operational excellence and margin improvement. You will mentor teams, build capabilities, and collaborate with commercial groups; travel ~50%.

Compensation includes $120,000–$140,000 base plus a 15% bonus. Required: 5+ years in aggregates operations, hands-on with plant systems, and experience with data

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end performance assessments at sites; prioritize and plan implementation.
• Optimize plant operations to meet demand cost-effectively; maximize margins.
• Align production planning with demand forecast and margin targets.
• Lead change management and develop the capability of site leaders and frontline employees.
