Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, with a focus on field marketing and events.
• Experience managing both small-scale and large-scale events.
• Strong organizational and project management skills; excellent communication and negotiation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and manage a portfolio of regional events and experiences.
• Coordinate registration, shipping, setup, on-site support, and post-event wrap-up.
• Support larger tradeshows and tentpole events with vendor coordination and logistics.
• Collaborate with GTM and marketing teams to align event messaging with company goals.
• Manage relationships with event partners and channel resellers to improve event metrics.
• Oversee regional event budgets and post-event KPI reporting.
