Job summary

Braintrust is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to prospect and close new business across the West Region of the US. You will work with a technical audience, including engineers, leveraging an existing base of early customers such as Stripe, Notion, Instacart, and Airtable.

You’ll develop the go-to-market strategy, own the end-to-end sales process, negotiate contracts, ensure renewals, and drive revenue while maintaining trust with customers.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of full cycle sales experience selling to technical audiences.
• Ability to carry a technical conversation with AI teams.
• Willingness to dive deep on the product and drive revenue.
• Thrives in loosely defined environments with competing priorities.
• Strong work ethic and competitive drive.

Responsibilities

• Develop GTM strategy and close key customer accounts.
• Own the entire sales process from engagement to renewal.
