Braintrust is looking for an Enterprise Account Executive to drive new business across the Central US. This remote role allows you to work from Chicago, IL or Austin, TX, focusing on technical audiences and building on a strong customer base that includes Stripe and Notion.

You will develop go-to-market strategies, own the sales process, and foster trust with technical teams. Ideal candidates will have extensive sales experience and a strong drive to exceed revenue targets.

Qualifications

• 5-10+ years of full cycle sales experience, ideally to very large companies.
• Comfortable holding technical conversations with AI teams.
• Strong work ethic, competitive drive, able to motivate others.

Responsibilities

• Develop GTM strategy and close key customer accounts.
• Own the entire sales process including engaging with customers.
• Navigate complex sales through consultative conversations.
