Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in the Fire Alarm industry.
• NICET Certification Level II or higher.
• Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management.
• Ability to read financial statements and manage remote regional teams.
• Willingness to travel at least 45%.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop Design Team Managers across the Western Region.
• Build a high-performance culture focused on accountability and customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate staffing and project assignments to maximize productivity.
• Monitor design quality, productivity, and schedule performance.
• Provide technical leadership on complex electronic system designs.
