The West Region Electronic Design Manager is responsible for leading the Electronic Fire Systems Design organization across the Western Region, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, cost-effective, and technically compliant design solutions for Fire Alarm systems. This position provides leadership and strategic direction to Design Team Managers and engineering staff, balancing workload capacity, driving productivity improvements, developing technical talent, and ensuring consistent execution of company design standards. The role serves as the primary link between regional operations, sales, and the Fire Systems Engineering leadership team. The West Region Electronic Design Manager manages approximately 13 Design Team Managers and their associated engineering and CAD teams, along with support staff.
