Johnson Controls is seeking the West Region Electronic Design Manager to lead the Electronic Fire Systems Design organization across the Western Region. You will drive design quality, cost effectiveness, and compliance while guiding Design Team Managers, engineering staff, and CAD teams to meet regional goals.

In this role you will shape talent, balance workload, and collaborate with Sales, Operations, and leadership to ensure consistent application of design standards, customer satisfaction,

Qualifications

10+ years in Fire Alarm industry.
NICET Level II+ certification required.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Experience managing remote regional teams.
Ability to interpret contracts and financial statements.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop Design Team Managers across the Western Region.
Ensure compliance with codes and standards across projects.
Oversee project delivery, budgeting, and schedules.
Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and leadership.
Drive process improvements and talent development.
