Job summary

Stantec, a global leader in sustainable engineering and environmental consulting, is seeking a Senior Air Quality Leader to drive technical delivery for the US West Region in California.

You will provide technical direction on air quality and climate change projects, manage budgets, mentor staff, and pursue new business opportunities with clients and agencies while ensuring compliance with NSR, PSD, Title V and state regulations.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 15 years of professional air quality experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, environmental science, or related field; advanced degrees and professional registration preferred.
• Strong knowledge of national and local air quality regulations and permitting.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical delivery and growth of air quality and climate change services for US West Region.
• Provide technical direction on air quality projects including regulatory interpretation and solution design.
• Manage budgets, scope, and schedules for projects.
• Mentor staff and supervise task delivery across teams.
• Lead client and agency meetings and pursue new business opportunities.
