Job summary

Stantec’s Los Angeles/Pasadena office is seeking a Senior Seller-doer to lead air quality and climate change services for the US West Region. You will provide technical direction on regulatory issues, manage projects, and mentor staff while driving new business with existing and new clients.

The role requires deep knowledge of air quality models, strong communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced consulting environment. Travel and collaboration across disciplines are expected.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of professional air quality experience.
• Strong knowledge of local, state, and federal air quality regulations.
• Ability to develop compelling technical proposals and lead new business with clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical delivery and growth of air quality and climate change services for US West Region.
• Provide technical direction on air quality projects and regulatory frameworks.
• Manage project budgets, scope, and schedule; supervise staff and mentor juniors.
• Pursue opportunities and prepare proposals for air quality services and dispersion modeling.
