Responsibilities

• Lead technical delivery and growth of air quality and climate change services for Stantec's US West Region.
• Provide technical direction on projects including regulatory interpretation and problem framing.
• Serve as a resource on permitting and compliance under NSR, PSD, Title V and local regs.
• Manage project budgets, scope, and schedule; drive quality and innovation.
• Lead client and agency project meetings and pursue proposals for air quality services.
• Supervise staff and interface with other disciplines to enable cross-selling.
