Job summary

Stantec is seeking a Senior Air Quality Leader to head the US West Region's air quality and climate change services. You will provide technical direction, manage projects, and mentor staff, while engaging with clients and agencies to drive opportunities.

Role requires extensive air quality modeling knowledge, regulatory familiarity, and strong leadership in a fast-paced consultancy environment. Travel and cross-disciplinary collaboration are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, environmental science, or related field.
• 15+ years of air quality experience.
• Strong knowledge of air quality models and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical delivery and growth of air quality and climate change services for Stantec's US West Region.
• Provide technical direction on air quality and climate change projects, including regulatory considerations.
• Manage project budgets, scope, and schedule.
• Lead client and/or agency project meetings.
• Mentor and coach employees and assist in recruitment.
