Job summary

Stantec is seeking a Senior Seller-doer to lead air quality and climate change services for the US West Region. You will provide technical direction on regulatory requirements, oversee project budgets, and guide cross-functional teams to deliver high‑quality outcomes.

You will cultivate new business with clients, mentor staff, and promote safety and innovation across projects in a fast-paced consulting environment. A strong background in air quality modeling and regulatory rules is essential.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of professional air quality experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, environmental science, or related field; advanced degrees preferred.
• Knowledge of air quality models (CalEEMod, AERMOD, etc.) and regulatory programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical delivery and growth of air quality and climate change services.
• Provide technical direction on air quality projects and regulatory language.
• Manage budgets, scope, and schedule for projects.
• Drive quality and innovation in all projects.
• Mentor staff and assist in recruitment.
• Promote health and safety culture.
