Stantec, a global leader in sustainable engineering, seeks a Senior Seller-doer to lead air quality and climate change services in the US West Region. You will provide technical direction, interpret complex regulations, and guide project teams through budgets and schedules.

You will also mentor staff, lead client meetings, and pursue new business opportunities in air quality, dispersion modeling, health risk assessments, and energy analyses. Strong communication is essential.

Competenze

• 15+ years of professional air quality experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, environmental science or related field; advanced degrees preferred.
• Strong knowledge of local, state and federal air quality rules and regulations.
• Experience leading proposals and client engagement in a consulting setting.

Mansioni

• Lead technical delivery and growth of air quality and climate change services for Stantec's US West Region.
• Provide technical direction on air quality projects including regulatory interpretation and problem framing.
• Manage project budgets, scope and schedule to ensure on-time delivery.
• Mentor staff and supervise task delivery across projects.
• Lead client and agency meetings and contribute to new business opportunities.
