Job summary

Stantec is seeking aSenior Seller-doer to lead air quality and climate change services for the US West Region. You will guide technical delivery, manage budgets and schedules, and drive growth with clients and agencies.

Qualifications

• High level knowledge of air quality models and regulatory frameworks.
• Experience with air districts’ permitting and regulatory landscape.
• Ability to identify opportunities and prepare technical proposals.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical delivery and growth of air quality and climate change services for Stantec's US West Region.
• Provide technical direction on air quality projects, interpreting regulatory language and designing solutions.
• Manage project budgets, scope, and schedule.
• Lead client and agency project meetings and pursue opportunities.
• Mentor staff and assist in recruitment; promote health and safety culture.
