Job summary

Target is seeking an Executive Team Leader (Assistant Store Manager) for West Michigan with a starting Summer 2027 start date. This full-time role leads hourly team members, drives guest service, and achieves sales goals in a dynamic store environment.

You will recruit, coach, and develop leaders, manage workload to align with business priorities, and ensure ethical conduct and safety. A 4-year degree or equivalent experience is required and the position offers strong benefits and growth

• Anticipate staffing needs and recruit for long and short term needs.
• Manage leaders, ensure training completion, and provide ongoing development.
• Engage in coaching conversations at critical touchpoints with team leaders.
• Recognize performance and reinforce guest service behaviors.
• Understand business reporting and guest insights to address opportunities.
• Address guest issues promptly and de-escalate when needed.
• Plan scheduling with Team Leaders based on workload and traffic.
