Qualifications

• 2-3 years of related retail experience.

• Rotational assignments in other store areas (meat, bakery, produce, deli) beneficial.
• Able to communicate directions clearly to team.
• Able to resolve conflicts by addressing root causes.
• Able to manage multiple tasks and analyze financial information.

Responsibilities

• Staffing, selection and hiring to meet staffing needs.
• Promote career development and succession planning.
• Document and apply disciplinary actions, and address promotions decisions.
• Responsible for P&L, achieving sales and maintaining shrink for the department.
• Mentor and coach team members to meet customer service and sales goals.
• Maintain store appearance and ensure compliance with company standards.
