Job summary

Qualifications

• Previous experience in fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
• Experience in a customer-facing role.
• Leadership or supervisory experience is preferred, but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Motivate and engage the team to embody brand values and maintain a positive work atmosphere.
• Deliver outstanding service to customers and model behaviors for the team.
• Assist in driving sales, maintaining standards, and ensuring policies are followed.
• Communicate effectively on floor and behind the scenes.
• Develop relationships across the business, with customers and community partners.
• Collaborate with Store Manager on innovative marketing ideas.
• Oversee stock management and visual merchandising to meet store KPIs.
• Educate the team as product experts and trainers.
• Create an inclusive environment that promotes teamwork and accountability.
• Support opening/closing, cash handling, stock control, merchandising and store presentation.
• Create memorable customer experiences through authentic service and adherence to policies.
