Job summary

Eventus WholeHealth in Louisville, KY is seeking an Area Director of Clinical Operations & Engagement to oversee clinical care for a localized patient population and to manage the care team ensuring quality, compliance, and productivity.

The role acts as the main liaison between client facilities and Eventus, driving engagement, coordinating with leadership, and guiding recruitment, onboarding and performance feedback. Occasional travel (~60%) to facilities is required.

Qualifications

• Clinical masters or doctoral degree required or equivalent.
• National certification for area of specialty.
• Active state licensure in specialty.
• Prior long-term care experience preferred.
• Experience leading healthcare teams is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee clinical care for a localized patient population and manage the clinical team.
• Act as main liaison for client facilities between the facility and Eventus.
• Ensure compliance with laws, policies and productivity expectations.
• Lead recruitment, onboarding and ongoing staff development.
• Provide frequent performance feedback and on-site leadership.
