Job summary

Eventus WholeHealth seeks an Area Director of Clinical Operations & Engagement to oversee clinical care for a localized patient population and manage the clinical team, driving quality, compliance, and productivity across facilities.

You will partner with facilities, lead leadership teams, ensure HIPAA compliance, and foster engagement while coordinating recruitment and onboarding of staff.

Responsibilities

• Foster an engaging culture among teammates and reports; lead regular team meetings.
• Regularly review and audit documentation and coding to ensure compliance and quality.
• Analyze clinical quality data and productivity reports; counsel team members as needed.
• Act as clinical/workflow expert for providers and facilitate resolution of clinical inquiries.
• Visit on-site with care teams to observe and optimize skills and workflow.
• Assign providers to facilities to ensure coverage across buildings.
• Maintain knowledge of leadership at all facilities and provide timely communication to facility.
• Coordinate recruitment and onboarding of new staff; partner with HR on selection.
• Provide ongoing performance feedback to reports.
• May provide coverage to other geographies as needed and assist with onboarding of new ADCOEs.
• Other related duties as assigned.
