Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires Clinical Masters or Doctoral Degree and national certification.
• Current professional licensure in the relevant specialty in the practicing state is required.
• Previous long-term care experience is required; leadership of healthcare teams is a plus.
• Proficiency with EMR systems and Microsoft Office is expected.
• Strong leadership, communication, time management, and adherence to HIPAA guidelines are essential.

Responsibilities

• Foster an engaging culture and lead team meetings to maintain cohesion.
• Review and audit care team documentation for compliance and quality.
• Analyze clinical quality data and productivity reports to counsel staff.
• Serve as clinical/workflow expert and resolve clinical inquiries from providers and facility staff.
• Visit sites on-site to optimize clinical skills and workflows and ensure coverage across facilities.
• Collaborate with recruitment and HR on onboarding and training for new staff.
• Provide timely performance feedback and support coverage for multiple locations as needed.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
