Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with regional teams to meet U.S. region goals.
• Execute support strategy: installation, training, and post-sales activities.
• Troubleshoot instrumentation and assist in assay/workflow design.
• Maintain communication with customers to ensure satisfaction.
• Travel up to 60% and contribute to product feedback.
• Support VOC, beta testing, and cross-functional projects.
