Qualifikationen

• BA/BS in life sciences required.
• 3+ years hands-on single cell analysis with genomics/proteomics/NGS.
• 2+ years internal lab or field scientific customer support in single cell analysis.
• Proficient with scM instrumentation and assay troubleshooting; capable of assay/workflow design.

Aufgaben

• Collaborate with Business Director, Field Applications Manager, Sales Specialists, and others to meet US region goals.
• Execute support strategy: instrument installation, training, technical support, pre-/post-sales activities.
• Stay updated on single cell analysis techniques and BD’s scM products and releases.
• Maintain customer communication to ensure satisfaction and feed improvements to programs.
• Travel up to 60% as needed.
