BD is seeking a Field Applications Specialist for the West region to support scM applications and customers across WA, OR, CA, NV, NM, AZ, UT, CO, ID, MT & WY. You will install instruments, train users, troubleshoot workflows, and collaborate with sales and R&D to meet regional goals.

Minimum 3 years in single cell analysis; 2+ years in customer support; MS/PhD preferred; travel up to 60% and a valid driver’s license required.

Formación

• BA/BS in life sciences required.
• 3 years hands-on single cell analysis experience.
• 2+ years internal lab or field scientific customer support.
• Experience troubleshooting scM instrumentation.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Willingness to travel up to 60%.
• Valid driver’s license with 3 years driving history.

Responsabilidades
