Waters is seeking a Field Applications Specialist ScM – West to install instruments, provide training, and deliver technical support across the West region. You will collaborate with the scM Business Director, Field Applications Manager, and Sales Specialists to implement strategies and ensure customer success.

Must have 3+ years in single cell analysis, MS or PhD in life sciences, and a willingness to travel up to 60%. A valid state driver’s license is required.

• 3+ years hands‑on single cell analysis experience.
• Strong understanding of genomics, proteomics and sequencing workflows.
• Excellent communication and customer-facing skills.

Responsabilidades

• Install instruments and provide applications training.
• Deliver technical support and pre-/post-sales activities in the assigned region.
• Collaborate with Field Applications Manager, Sales Specialists and other stakeholders.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of single cell analysis techniques and best practices.
• Travel up to 60% to support customers and drive success.
