Job summary

Le Creuset is seeking an entrepreneurial Retail leader to shape and lead the Western Europe Retail Operations model. This builder role will create standards, tools and routines to make stores perform better, move faster and scale across markets.

You will manage Brand Ambassador & Training, Visual Execution & Retail Activation, and Retail People Operations, turning KPIs into actionable improvements. Fluency in English and French is required, Dutch a plus.

Qualifications

8+ years in Retail, ideally with multi-store or multi-country exposure.
Experience transforming and scaling retail operations across markets.
Strong commercial instinct with operational discipline and analytics.

Responsibilities

Lead the Western Europe Retail Operations agenda across our store network.
Manage Brand Ambassador & Training, Visual Execution & Retail Activation, and Retail People Operations.
Turn Retail KPIs into action to improve conversion, ATV, UPT, and productivity.
Drive adoption of Quinyx and YOOBIC with measurable business impact.
Build differentiated operating standards for Flagships, Signature Stores, Outlets and Concessions.
Challenge old processes, simplify and scale effective practices across countries.
Partner with Country Managers, Marketing, HR, Finance and E-commerce while keeping local teams accountable.
