Job summary

CHEP Benelux is seeking a Field Service Executive to manage key retail customer relationships and drive operational excellence across BeNeLux. You will partner with a Key Account Manager to deliver seamless service, monitor KPIs, and lead cross-functional improvements in asset recovery and distribution center visits.

Travel across the Netherlands and customer sites is required. Strong Dutch and English, customer-focused mindset, and ability to work across functions are essential for success in

Qualifications

Strong command of Dutch & English.
Experience in customer service, operations, logistics, or related fields.
High-energy, growth mindset.
Ability to manage multiple priorities across functions.

Responsibilities

Build relationships with retail accounts and position CHEP as a trusted partner.
Monitor KPIs and drive improvements in asset recovery and cycle times.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of initiatives.
Lead cross-functional teams and act as escalation point for complex issues.
Travel regularly across the BeNeLux and customer sites as needed.
