Job summary

Le Creuset, a premium cookware brand, seeks an Area Manager, Retail to lead a cluster of stores. You will drive sales growth, manage profitability, and ensure a consistent customer experience that reflects our brand.

You will coach Store Managers through regular visits, performance reviews, and development plans, partner with Retail leadership on hiring, and collaborate with support teams to open new stores or support renovations.

Qualifications

• Experience leading multiple retail stores.
• Strong understanding of retail P&L and performance metrics.
• Proven coaching and development of Store Managers.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned area.

Responsibilities

• Lead a group of Le Creuset stores to drive sales growth and profitability.
• Review store results and KPIs to identify trends and action plans.
• Coach Store Managers on selling behaviors, customer engagement, product knowledge, and execution of promotions and events.
• Ensure a consistent customer experience reflecting the Le Creuset brand.
• Develop Store Managers through regular coaching, clear expectations, and performance feedback.
• Partner with HR and Retail leadership on hiring, onboarding, performance management, succession planning, and retention.
• Conduct regular store visits to assess performance, presentation, staffing, and compliance with standards.
• Collaborate with support teams to resolve operational issues and support store openings, renovations, and peak periods.
