Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in life science or equivalent experience in technical sales.
• Experience achieving targets in the life science capital equipment market.
• 5+ years leading individual contributors in a sales environment.
• Experience owning sales forecasting, territory planning, and pipeline management.
• Structured continuous improvement or business system methodologies.
• Experience leading a remote, geographically dispersed organization.

Responsibilities

• Deliver district orders, revenue, and margin across the instrument portfolio.
• Own district forecasting rigor with weekly, monthly, and quarterly commitments.
• Develop and execute district growth and action plans using DBS methodologies.
• Build senior-level customer relationships and key opinion leader engagement.
• Assess market dynamics, identify growth opportunities and risks.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to achieve objectives.
• Lead and coach direct reports, enabling capability development and succession.
