You will drive orders, forecast rigor, develop growth plans using DBS, and build senior-level relationships while leading a small team of sellers across life sciences instrumentation.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in a life science–related discipline or equivalent sales experience.
• 5+ years leading individual contributors in a sales environment.
• Experience owning sales forecasting, territory planning, and pipeline management at district level.
• Demonstrated continuous improvement or business system methodologies.
• Experience leading within a remote, dispersed organization.

Aufgaben

• Deliver district orders, revenue, and margin across SCIEX instrument portfolio.
• Own district forecasting and commitments weekly, monthly, quarterly.
• Develop district growth plans using DBS methods and metrics.
• Build senior-level customer relationships and key opinion leader engagement.
• Assess market dynamics and identify growth opportunities and risks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to meet objectives.
• Lead and develop direct reports for capability and succession.
