Qualifications

• Doctorate degree with relevant sales/marketing experience (2+ years) OR
• Masters degree with 6+ years of Sales/Marketing experience OR
• Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of Sales/Marketing experience OR
• Associates degree with 10+ years of Sales/Marketing experience OR
• High school diploma with 12+ years of Sales/Marketing experience
• AND 2 years of managerial/leadership experience leading teams

Responsibilities

• Lead district team to maximize performance and achieve sales targets.
• Coach and develop representatives; conduct interviews and hires.
• Ensure compliance with training and quality standards.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Finance, other BUs).
• Develop local relationships with opinion leaders to achieve objectives.
• Plan district sales meetings and implement local strategies.
