Job summary

Schneider Electric seeks a West District Channel Manager in Field Device to drive channel growth across CO, UT, AZ, NV, CA, OR, WY, ID, MT and WA.

The role develops plans with Channel Partners, executes sales programs, and delivers training to enable partners to meet growth targets while collaborating with local sales and business development teams. Travel up to 50% in the Western US is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Channel Management within Process Automation Instrumentation.
• Bachelor’s degree in industrial automation or instrumentation.
• Strong knowledge of pressure, valves, sensors, flowmeters, wireless instruments and level.
• Effective communication skills (written & verbal).

Responsibilities

• Develop and strengthen relationships at key channel partners to capitalize on sales and services synergies.
• Create growth-oriented business plans with Channel Partners for new and existing accounts.
• Lead tactical execution of channel plans and partner enablement, including training and promotions.
• Coordinate partner competency development and program execution.
• Drive Field Device market share growth with regional strategies.
• Provide regular account updates to Local Sales and Business Development using CRM.
