Job summary

Schneider Electric is seeking a West District Channel Manager to drive Channel Partner relationships and growth across CO, UT, AZ, NV, CA, OR, WY, ID, MT, WA. You will develop business plans with partners and execute channel strategies to increase Field Device market share.

The role reports to the NAM Field Device Sales Director and offers opportunities for leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and professional development. Travel up to 50% is expected within the territory.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Channel Management, Sales, or Distribution Planning experience.
• Bachelor’s degree and experience in account management, industrial automation, instrumentation or software selling preferable.

Responsibilities

• Develop and strengthen relationships with key Channel Partners to drive sales and profitability.
• Create growth-oriented business plans with Channel Partners and establish performance measures.
• Lead tactical execution of operational plans and promotions to enable partner growth.
• Provide regular account updates to Local Sales and Business Development, using CRM tools.
