Job summary

Schneider Electric is seeking a West District Channel Manager to drive channel relationships and growth for Field Device products across CO, UT, AZ, NV, CA, OR, WY, ID, MT, and WA. You will build business plans with Channel Partners, enable sales through programs, promotions, and training.

The role reports to NAM Field Device Sales Director and involves up to 50% travel, cross-functional collaboration, and leadership in partner development and strategy execution.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in channel management, sales, or distribution planning.
• Bachelor’s degree; account management or industrial automation experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and initiative.

Responsibilities

• Develop and strengthen relationships with key Channel Partners to drive profitable partnerships.
• Create growth plans with Partners and establish performance measures.
• Lead channel strategies to grow Field Device market share and conduct partner enablement.
• Coordinate partner training, campaigns, and resource utilization.
