Job summary

Ellevation is seeking an Account Manager to renew and expand partnerships with K-12 districts, helping educators maximize the value of Ellevation to support English Learners. You will drive product adoption, monitor district engagement, and build trusted relationships with district leaders to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

This role covers the West region, requires residency in California, and includes travel up to 50% seasonally.

Qualifications

2+ years selling to the K-12 market.
Experience and knowledge of the ELL landscape.
Strong analytical and organizational skills; manage 100+ partner accounts.
Outstanding verbal and written communication with diverse audiences.
Willing to travel up to 50% with seasonal peaks.
Experience with Salesforce or other CRM.

Responsibilities

Renew and expand partnerships while ensuring educators maximize Ellevation value.
Demonstrate products to partners and run demos and renewal calls.
Manage 100+ partner accounts across the territory.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and represent Ellevation at conferences.
Close renewal contracts and grow upsell opportunities.
Track sales activity in Salesforce and use other systems.
Build relationships with district leaders and drive renewals.
