Job summary

HMH is seeking a Senior NWEA Account Executive for the West/ Pacific Team, ideally based in California, to acquire new district partners and expand NWEA’s leadership in the education market. The role works with a regional team and a Sr. Director, focusing on districts with 1,500–25,000 students across US West states.

You will collaborate with an Account Manager on renewals and growth. The position requires building strategic relationships, leading territory plans, and managing a robust sales

Qualifications

• Minimum bachelor's degree in education, business or a related field.
• Preferred 6–10 years field sales experience.
• Experience initiating, acquiring, and growing mid-sized and strategic accounts.
• Deep understanding of K-12 education industry and assessment methods.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth through acquisition of new partners in the assigned territory.
• Develop and own a territory strategy to penetrate and grow the geographic region.
• Manage complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders and CRM.
• Travel as required, up to 50%.
