Job summary

Rippling is seeking a West Coast Workplace Manager to own the daily operations and readiness of our West Coast offices, with a leadership role spanning SF HQ, Seattle, and Austin. You will manage onsite workplace teams and vendors, translate needs into actionable plans, and build playbooks and dashboards to scale the Workplace team while containing complexity.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in workplace operations.
• 3+ years of management experience in high-growth technology or multi-site environments.
• Strong project management and written/verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day West Coast workplace operations with focus on SF HQ.
• Lead Workplace Coordinators through projects, docs, systems, cross-functional work.
• Identify issues, respond to employee needs, ensure real-time standards.
• Oversee facilities, janitorial, supplies, mail, food/bev, conferencing, visitor support.
• Use tickets, feedback, incidents, and observations to improve employee experience.
• Support openings, moves, decommissions, and other workspace changes.
• Create standards, SOPs, playbooks, trackers; build scalable processes.
