Responsibilities

• Lead high-priority operational programs across global payroll product lines and standardize workflows.
• Drive global operating cadences, executive reviews, and accountability frameworks.
• Act as senior point of escalation for high-friction customer issues and RCA.
• Coordinate with Ops, Product, Engineering, CX, and external 3P partners to document gaps and risks.
• Partner with leadership on headcount, budgets, and team-wide communications; support global time zones.
