Responsibilities

• Lead daily West Coast workplace operations with focus on SF, Seattle, and Austin offices.
• Coach and develop Workplace Coordinators; own projects, docs, systems, and cross-functional work.
• Identify issues quickly, support employee needs, and maintain real-time operational standards.
• Oversee facilities services: janitorial, supplies, mail, food & beverage, conference rooms, and visitor support.
• Build SOPs, playbooks, trackers, dashboards, and internal tools to scale operations.
• Manage regional vendors, budgets, escalations, and vendor performance reviews.
