Rippling is seeking a Global Operations Lead for its Global Payroll Operations team. The role focuses on turning operational complexity into clear priorities, repeatable systems, and measurable execution as the team expands across 80+ countries.

You will translate priorities into structured workstreams, drive cross-functional initiatives with Product, Engineering, CX, Implementation, and Legal, and align stakeholders across regions to improve the product and customer experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in BizOps, Strategy & Ops, or PM at fast-growing startups.
• Hands-on operator mindset with bias for action.
• Tech fluency with AI and automation.
• Ability to manage cross-functional projects in ambiguous environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-priority operational programs across global payroll product lines, standardizing workflows and building durable playbooks, automation, and AI-driven tooling.
• Drive global operating cadences, executive reviews (WBRs/MBRs), and accountability frameworks; translate priorities into structured workstreams with clear ownership and ROI.
• Escalation lead for high-friction customer issues; conduct RCAs with Product, Engineering, and Ops to eliminate gaps.
• Serve as the operational link across Ops, Product, Engineering, CX, and external 3P partners, documenting gaps and communicating with stakeholders.
• Partner with operations leadership to scale the team, manage headcount planning, budgets, and all-hands content.
