VAST Data is seeking a Vice President of Systems Engineering - West to lead and scale the SE organization across the Western United States. This second-line leadership role reports to executives and partners with Sales to win complex enterprise AI infrastructure opportunities.

You will own technical strategy, develop managers, and build an SE organization capable of engaging top-tier customers with architecture-driven solutions. Travel across the West will be required.

Qualificações

• Significant leadership experience in Systems Engineering or related field.
• Proven track record building and scaling technical field organizations for enterprise infrastructure or AI.
• Experience partnering with Sales to drive growth in strategic accounts.
